1. Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FromImage AI. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.

2. Accounts and Service Use

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

FromImage AI allows users to upload reference images, enter prompts, select available models and settings, and generate new images. Features, models, limits, prices, and availability may change over time.

3. Your Content and Generated Results

You retain any rights you already hold in the images, prompts, and other content you submit. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use your content. Do not submit content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing results and deciding whether they can be lawfully used, published, or sold. We do not claim ownership of your generated results to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Create NSFW, pornographic, explicit, nude, fetish, or sexually suggestive content.
• Create exploitative or sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Create face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonations, or non-consensual face manipulation.
• Create threatening, hateful, graphically violent, self-harm-promoting, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
• Impersonate others, misuse personal information, or violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing, or other abusive material.
• Bypass moderation, security, access, payment, usage, or other safety restrictions.
• Disrupt the service or use unauthorized automated access.

We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

5. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

Image generation may require credits. The expected credit cost is shown before a task is submitted. Credits are normally deducted when a task is created and automatically returned when an eligible task fails or is canceled. A completed result that does not match personal expectations is not considered a technical failure.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may expire as stated in the applicable plan or offer.

Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, previous charges and unused credits are not refundable. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly.

6. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, a particular model, a fixed processing time, or error-free results. You should download and back up results you wish to keep.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

7. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, or harm the service or others.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that generated results will be accurate, unique, lawful for every use, free of third-party rights, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
