We may collect:

• Content you submit, including uploaded images, prompts, selected settings, and generated results.
• Service records, such as generation history, credit usage, orders, subscriptions, and support messages.
• Usage and security information, such as device, browser, network, session, clicks, scrolling, navigation, and interaction information. This may include heatmaps and session replay data.
• Cookies and similar data needed to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the service, and understand how it is used.

Payment details are handled by payment service providers. We do not store complete card numbers or payment account credentials.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide accounts and image-generation features.
• Process uploaded content and deliver generated results.
• Screen prompts and content for NSFW, explicit, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited use before generation.
• Manage credits, purchases, subscriptions, and customer support.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and investigate errors.
• Improve the reliability and usability of the service.
• Analyze visits and on-page interactions using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your uploaded images or prompts to train our own AI models.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate the service, such as providers that support account access, prompt and content-safety screening, image processing, hosting, payments, communications, analytics, or security. Our analytics providers include Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity may process interaction data to provide heatmaps and session replay. We mask the image-generation workspace from Clarity recordings and do not intentionally use Clarity to capture uploaded images, prompts, generated results, passwords, or payment details. Prompts may be sent to a moderation provider before generation, together with a non-content request identifier used for audit and troubleshooting. These providers may process information only for the relevant service purpose and under their own legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

5. Storage, Retention, and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Generation records and content may remain associated with your account until deleted or no longer needed.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security. You should avoid uploading confidential or highly sensitive information and should protect access to your account.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information.

You may request account or data deletion by contacting us. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
