Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, reference image, generated result, and other use of FromImage AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You may use the service only for lawful, consensual, and responsible purposes. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for every image and instruction you submit.

2. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use FromImage AI to upload, request, create, edit, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, nude, fetish, or sexually suggestive content.
• Sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor, or any content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized depictions of real people, or attempts to undress a person in an image.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or non-consensual face manipulation.
• Harassment, threats, hate, graphic violence, glorification of self-harm, or content intended to abuse or intimidate.
• Content that facilitates illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, terrorism, or violent extremism.
• Content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Material designed to evade safeguards, moderation systems, access controls, or service limits.

Do not describe the service or its results as uncensored, unfiltered, no-filter, NSFW-friendly, or suitable for adult content.

3. Prompt and Content Screening

Prompts are screened by automated content-safety systems before image generation begins. A request may be blocked when it violates this policy, is flagged as high risk, or cannot be safely reviewed because the moderation service is unavailable.

We may use trusted service providers to perform this screening and may retain moderation result identifiers and decisions for security, compliance, and audit purposes. We may also review uploaded images, generated results, and account activity when needed to investigate abuse or enforce this policy.

You may not attempt to bypass screening by using coded language, misspellings, translated terms, embedded text, indirect instructions, or altered reference images.

4. Reference Images and Real People

Only upload images you are authorized to use. Do not use a person's image to create sexual, deceptive, defamatory, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content. Artistic restyling must not be used to misrepresent a real person, fabricate events, or violate consent.

5. Enforcement

We may reject requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce this policy.

Automated screening does not transfer responsibility for your content to FromImage AI. You remain responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs are lawful and comply with this policy.
